Marsha earned her Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance and her Masters of Business Administration from Vanguard University.

Marsha has been in public accounting since 2000. She has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2004. Marsha is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA), and the American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA).
